By using snoop.city(“Snoop,” “the Service”), you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, don’t use the Service.

1. What Snoop Is

Snoop is an AI-powered people search tool that aggregates publicly available data and information from licensed third-party data providers. It is intended for personal due diligence, such as verifying someone you just met, checking a new contact, or reviewing your own public footprint.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Snoop only for lawful, personal purposes. You may not use Snoop:

• For any purpose covered by the Fair Credit Reporting Act (“FCRA”), including:
  • Employment screening
  • Tenant or housing screening
  • Credit, loan, or insurance eligibility
  • Any other purpose regulated by the FCRA or equivalent state law
• To stalk, harass, threaten, dox, or otherwise harm any person
• To violate any individual’s privacy rights under applicable law
• To discriminate against any individual based on race, gender, disability, or any protected class
• To violate any data provider’s terms of service
• To resell, scrape, or redistribute results
• To build a competing product
• To commit fraud, impersonation, or any crime

Snoop is not a consumer reporting agency.We do not compile, evaluate, or sell “consumer reports” as defined by the FCRA.

3. Face Search

Snoop offers a face search feature that allows you to upload a cropped face photograph and find publicly available pages where that face appears. By using face search, you additionally agree to the following:

• You will upload only a clear photo of an adult face. You may not upload photos of minors, nude or sexual images, abusive images, exploitative images, or illegal content.
• You will only upload a photo of yourself, or a photo of another person for whom you have obtained explicit consent to perform this search.
• You will not use face search results to identify, stalk, harass, threaten, or contact any person without their consent.
• You confirm that you are not a resident of or located in Illinois, Texas, Washington, the European Union, the United Kingdom, or Quebec when using face search.
• You understand that face search results are derived from publicly available sources and may be inaccurate or incomplete.
• You understand that Snoop normally processes uploaded face images transiently and does not store them on our servers. We may store related metadata, including hashes, moderation status, provider job ids, result URLs, timestamps, IP address, session identifiers, and account email where needed to operate the Service, prevent abuse, support users, and handle billing disputes.
• We may reject uploads, rate-limit access, suspend access, preserve information, and report apparent child sexual exploitation, illegal content, or serious abuse to NCMEC, law enforcement, or other appropriate authorities where required or permitted by law.

Face search is not available to residents of, or people located in, jurisdictions that restrict commercial use of facial recognition technology. By using this feature, you represent that you are legally permitted to do so in your jurisdiction.

4. Accuracy & Limitations

Search results are sourced from third parties and may be incomplete, outdated, or wrong. We make no warranty that information is accurate, current, or applies to the person you intended. You are responsible for verifying any information before acting on it.

Never use a Snoop result as the sole basis for a material decision about another person.

5. Subscriptions & Billing

• One-time report: $9.99 unlocks a single report. This is a one-time charge with no subscription and no renewal.
• Snoop Monthly: $19.99 today, then $19.99/month, including 5 searches each month. Your subscription automatically renews monthly unless you cancel at least 24 hours before your next billing date.
• Snoop Ultra: $69.99 today, then $69.99/year, with a monthly search allowance that resets each month and does not roll over. Renews annually unless you cancel at least 24 hours before your renewal date.
• Existing weekly subscribers: If you previously subscribed to the weekly plan, it continues to auto-renew at $7.99/week until you cancel. The weekly plan is no longer offered to new subscribers.
• Recurring billing: Subscriptions auto-renew at the interval and price shown when you subscribed. You authorize us to charge your payment method on file at each renewal.
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account page at snoop.city/account. Upon cancellation, your access continues through the end of your current billing period. No partial-period refunds are issued for the unused portion of a billing cycle.
• Usage limits: Subscriptions include a search allowance for each billing period. Unused searches do not roll over between periods.
• Search packs: Additional search packs purchased separately are one-time, non-refundable purchases. Search pack credits do not expire but are tied to your account and cannot be transferred.
• Pricing: Pricing is displayed at purchase and may change. You will be notified of pricing changes before your next renewal.

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your full card number.

6. Refund Policy

We offer a money-back guarantee on your initial payment, subject to the following conditions:

• Eligibility: Refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of your initial purchase by emailing refund@snoop.city.
• Usage limitation: Refunds are generally not available if you have accessed or consumed multiple search reports. If you have run multiple searches and received delivered reports, you have received the value of the service and a refund may be declined at our discretion.
• One refund per customer: The money-back guarantee applies once per person, per email address, per payment method. Repeated signups and refund requests may be declined.
• Recurring charges: Refunds for recurring renewals are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you forgot to cancel before your renewal date, contact us promptly and we will work with you.
• Search packs: Additional search pack purchases are non-refundable. By purchasing a search pack, you acknowledge that the credits are delivered immediately and the purchase is final.
• Processing time:Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days and returned to the original payment method.
• Chargebacks: If you dispute a charge with your bank or card issuer instead of contacting us first, we reserve the right to provide the bank with evidence of service delivery (including records of search reports accessed, emails sent, and account activity) as part of the dispute process. We encourage you to contact refund@snoop.city first. We respond quickly and can usually resolve issues faster than the dispute process.

To request a refund, email refund@snoop.city with the email address you used at checkout.

7. Your Account

Access to Snoop is tied to the email address you provide at checkout. You are responsible for maintaining access to that email. We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably suspect misuse (e.g., sharing access, abusing rate limits, automated scraping, or reselling reports).

8. Intellectual Property

The Snoop brand, website, and backend code are owned by us. You get a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use the service for its intended purpose. Don’t reverse engineer, scrape, or resell it.

Results may incorporate data licensed from third parties. You do not own the underlying data and may not republish or aggregate it.

9. Third-Party Services

Snoop depends on third-party APIs and data providers. Their terms apply to data they provide. We are not responsible for their outages, pricing changes, data accuracy, or discontinuation.

10. Disclaimers

Snoop is provided “as is” and “as available,” with no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or specific result quality.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of Snoop is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim (or $100, whichever is greater). We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

12. Indemnification

If your use of Snoop causes harm to another person or violates these Terms or applicable law, you agree to defend and indemnify us against any resulting claim, cost, or damage.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these Terms, for misuse, or at our discretion. Upon termination, your license to use Snoop ends. Refunds upon termination, if any, are at our sole discretion.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in San Francisco County, California.

15. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or on-site notice. Continued use after a change means you accept the revised Terms.
